The City of Troy,MI lost several thousands of trees due to the Ash Borer.  The City replanted two trees in front of this Troy residence
however the trees did not prosper after planting.  The owner installed four Rootwells in the tree in the foreground and nothing in
the second tree behind it, in April.  This picture represents results four months after.  The tree in the foreground has doubled in size
while the tree behind it is till stunted.
