REFUND POLICY

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within ten (10) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only credit product that is less than 30 days old and that has not been opened. Partial cases will not be accepted for returns. All shipping and handling fees will not be credited. The product will be returned at the consumers’ expense and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two to four days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following.

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All shipments will be sent ground unless otherwise requested by customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. Michigan orders will be charged 6% sales tax unless a State of Michigan Sales Tax Exemption has been received by Rootwell.

Limited Warranty

Rootwell Products, Inc. warrants that the Rootwell products manufactured by Rootwell described in the product offering shall be free from material defects in workmanship materials under normal use from the date of original retail purchase of the Product, for the period of 90 days (“Warranty Period”), except as otherwise stated herein. The Original Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy and the entire liability of Rootwell Products, Inc. under this Limited Warranty will be, at Rootwell Product’s Inc.’s option, to either furnish replacement parts for the Product or to furnish a new Product during the Warranty Period at no charge to the Original Purchaser. At no time does Rootwell Products, Inc warrant the success or failure of any tree used in conjunction with its product line.
