There are two lasting bequests we can give our children:

Gardening with children doesn’t have to be challenging. In fact, it can be fun family activity and can offer some really great benefits.

These days, many children’s time is filled with what we call in our house “screen time” and sometimes it can be difficult finding something you and your child both enjoy.

Creating a garden with our children is a great way to spend time together and get them away from the “screen”. Studies have shown that gardening at a young age can have lifelong benefits like eating healthy later in life.

Gardening can help teach and engage children. Our kids can learn to trust themselves as we give them some responsibility in the garden.

Today, we are sharing with you 5 easy to grow vegetables with your kids. With some of these vegetables you can really hand the responsibility over because they are really easy to grow.
